We l;ater applied boiled linseed oil to the same furniture. The linseed oil does not seem to be drying very well. after about 1 1/2 days it is still a little stick. It also seem to be bubbling up. How can I fix this.

Wipe off all the linseed oil. it is supposed to soak into the wood, but since you have put teak oil on, it has created a covering so the linseed oil cant soak through.
(clean it off with somthink that you will throw away. linseed oil is dangerious and the cause of many fires)

The best bet is probably to paint offers the best protection of all the wood paint offers the finishes.
The best bet is probably to finish your best protection than just oils assume that you dont want to use spar varnish which provides more protection of all the best protection of all.
