Is teak wood easy to restore on your own?

I don’t have a whole lot of it on my boat but what is there is greyish and old looking. What are the steps to restoring it and should I tackle it myself?

Just try a small piece with sand paper and wood oil
Then decide if you believe you can handle all of it

Easiest way, Pressure wash the teak, allow to dry, lightly sand to remove burrs and then treat it with teak oil.
