How do I get a moving company to deliver my furniture when they will not set a firm date for delivery?

A moving company in Atlanta picked up my furniture 4 1/2 weeks ago after I paid them half the cost. They were to deliver the furniture 1 week later. They have told me they will deliver it 4 different times now and have cancelled all 4. Now they will not commit to a delivery date. What are my rights and how do I get my furniture?
