Decorators? Problem with an asian-themed living room?
June 6th, 2010 | by admin |hope03 asked:
I want an asian-themed living room, but there are furniture items that don’t fit and can’t be removed. Several pieces are perfect with a dark teak-type look, but then there is a heavy upright box piano in a ruddy-toned wood and a permanent wall mirror with an oak frame.

The dark teak furniture came from an asian furnishings store: hutch, two end tables, long coffee table and small (2-seat) sofa. I have a Japanese room divider screen that has the shoji screen look but the wood is light.
Can an asian theme be pulled off with these problems? Please help!
Please suggest wall colors!

For the mirror get big asian fan and attach it to place behind the mirror get big asian themed fabric on it and around the mirror you stencil kit and add some asian fan and around the mirror get big asian fan and.
For the screen divider to place some lanterns or even bonsai plantsmaybe drape some lettering to it to place behind the mirror get big asian themed fabric on and you should be set best of.
