Does anyone know where to buy good quality furnitures?

I have been shopping around and even read some terrible reviews about EQ3 and I was about to spend all my savings for my new home and luckily I didn’t. I do like their style but online reviews have told me that their stuff break apart within the first year.

I live in Canada, city winnipeg so we don`t have that much options, please let me know where to buy furnitures that will last atleast 5 years. We do not have Ikea yet
